Recipe Ingredients for Easy "lasagna" with Whole Wheat Pasta

1 2/5 lbs lean beef
1 red bell pepper
1 zucchini
1 yellow squash
1 onion
1 garlic clove
24 oz pasta sauce
1/4 cup part skim ricotta
1/4 cup mozzarella
6 oz whole wheat pasta
1 tbs olive oil

Recipe Directions for Easy "lasagna" with Whole Wheat Pasta

  1. Boil water for pasta. Cook pasta for a few minutes under box instructions

  2. In seperate pan saute onion and garlic for about a minute

  3. Add meat

  4. Cook until done

  5. Then move to the side

  6. Saute vegetables for a few minutes

  7. Combine all ingredients in baking dish and bake for 30 minutes
