Recipe Ingredients for Easy Lasagna Rolls

16 oz lasagna noodles
52 oz Traditional Pasta Sauce
1 lb 90% lean ground beef
12 oz shredded mozarella cheese
24 oz fat free cottage cheese
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Easy Lasagna Rolls

  1. brown ground beef, add pasta sauce and heat through

  2. cook noodles according to package directions

  3. mix cottage cheese, eggs, and 2/3 mozarella in bowl

  4. drain noodles and spread each noodle with cheese mixture, roll up

  5. spread 2 cups sauce on bottom of 13x9 inch pan

  6. place noodle rolls seam side down in pan

  7. pour remaining sauce over top

  8. bake at 350 for 35 minutes

  9. sprinkle remaining cheese over top

  10. bake additional 10 minutes or until cheese is melted
