Preheat oven to 350 and spray 13x9 pan with nonfat cooking spray.Cook meat and garlic in deep skillet until browned then drain. Add marinara sauce and simmer on low.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Lasagna

1 lb hamburger meat
1 lb shredded mozzarella cheese
8 oz cottage cheese
2 tbs garlic
24 oz marinara sauce
16 oz lasagna noodles

Recipe Directions for Easy Lasagna

Preheat oven to 350 and spray 13x9 pan with nonfat cooking spray.Boil water in large pan and add lasagna noodles following box instructions. Cook meat and garlic in deep skillet until browned then drain. Add marinara sauce and simmer on low. When noodles are finished layer 3 of them and alternate toppings with sauce, cottage cheese, mozzarella cheese and then follow this until ingredients are used. Bake 1 hour and then let sit for at least 5 minutes before eating.
