Recipe Ingredients for Easy Jambalaya

1/2 onion, chopped
1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
14 oz Smoked Turkey Sausage
1 T. olive oil
1 1/2 cups uncooked long-grain rice
10 1/2 oz French onion soup
1/2 can beef broth
1/2 can chicken broth
1 tsp. Creole or Cajun seasoning

Recipe Directions for Easy Jambalaya

  1. Saute the onion, green pepper and smoked sausage in a bit of olive oil in a large Dutch oven.

  2. Stir in the other ingredients.

  3. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

  4. Give it a stir about 30 minutes into the baking time.
