Recipe Ingredients for Easy Italian Pasta Salad

12 oz Farfalle
1 Can Artichoke
15 oz Cannellini White Kidney Beans
1 cup cherry tomatoes Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
3 tbsp Oil Olive Extra Virgin
2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar, Organic
5 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Easy Italian Pasta Salad

  1. Cook pasta according to box. Drain and run cold water over it to cool down.

  2. Chop all veggies and mix all the ingredients in a large bowl. For extra depth you could also add pepperonni or cubed ham. Add black pepper to taste.
