10 minutes and a food processor is all you need, though it improves with a few hours' resting, so make it ahead.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Hummus

2 cans chickpeas, drained
4 T tahini
4 T lemon juice, fresh squeezed
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 T olive oil
1 salt, pepper and paprika to taste

Recipe Directions for Easy Hummus

  1. Process the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice and garlic until nearly smooth.

  2. Drizzle the olive oil into the mixture and pulse agan.

  3. Adjust consistency with water as needed.

  4. Season to taste with salt & pepper.

  5. Garnish with a dash of paprika.
