A nice alternative to plain scrambled eggs for breakfast

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Herb Fritatta

8 eggs
2 tbsp water
12 slices Smoked ham, chopped
1 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded and divided
3 tbsp chopped fresh cilantro, divided

Recipe Directions for Easy Herb Fritatta

  1. Heat oven to 350 F. Beat eggs and water with whisk in medium bowl until blended. Stir in ham, 1/2 cup cheese and 2 Tbsp cilantro.

  2. Pour into greased 9-inch pie plate, top with remaining cheese.

  3. Bake 30 minutes or until top is puffed and golden brown.

  4. Sprinkle with remaining cilantro and serve.
