Recipe Ingredients for Easy, healthy soup

6 cups Soup, Chicken Broth
28 oz Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
2 tbs Tomato Products
4 cups Cabbage
1 cup Onions
1 cup Carrots
1 cup Beans, Snap, Green
1 cup Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 tsp Basil, Fresh
1 tsp Oregano, Ground
1 Salt, Table
1 Pepper, Black

Recipe Directions for Easy, healthy soup

  1. 1. Saute onions and carrots. Add garlic at end so it won't burn.

  2. 2. Add all ingredients, including sauteed carrots, onions and garlic, into a large pot and simmer for 1 hour- at least.

  3. *can use 2 pouches of onion soup and 6 cups of water instead of broth
