Recipe Ingredients for Easy Hamburger Casserole

1 lbs Beef, Ground, 95% Lean Meat / 5% Fat, Patty
1 Onions
2 lbs Potatoes, White, Flesh And Skin
1 cans Soup, Cream Of Mushroom
6 oz Water

Recipe Directions for Easy Hamburger Casserole

  1. Ingredients (Makes 8 servings)

  2. 1 1/2lbs hamburger

  3. 1 onion (chopped)

  4. 2lbs sliced potatoes

  5. 1 1/2cans cream of mushroom soup

  6. 6oz water

  7. Directions

  8. Crumble lean hamburger into bottom of large rectangled glass baking dish.

  9. Chop one onion and layer over hamburger.

  10. Peel and slice potatoes and layer over onion.

  11. Mix 1/2 can of water (about 6 ounces) with 2 cans of cream of mushroom soup, stir until creamy. Pour over potatoes.

  12. Salt and pepper to taste.

  13. Cover with foil.

  14. Bake in 350 degree oven for about an hour or more. Until potatoes are fork tender. Remove foil for the last 10-15 minutes. Remove from oven and let sit for 10 mins before cutting
