Great granola for breakfast or snack!

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Granola II

4 cups oats, rolled
1 cup almonds, raw, sliced
1/2 cup coconut, sweetened, shreded
1/2 cup sunflower seeds, raw
1/3 cup maple syrup, pure
2 tablespoons canola oil
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1 cup cranberries, dry
1 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Easy Granola II

  1. Spray a jellyroll pan with non-stick spray. Mix all ingredients except fruit on the pan and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, stirring after 15 minutes. Allow to cool and add dried fruit.

  2. I use raw pepitas seeds instead of sunflower seeds
