2 large egg whites
1 large egg
1 slice bread
2 tsp mayonaise
1 tsp mustard

Recipe Directions for Easy fried egg salad sandwich

  1. Spray pan with Pam

  2. Crack eggs and add all at one and fry until yolk is set

  3. Chop eggs

  4. Combine eggs, mayo and mustard in bowl

  5. Mix and season

  6. Toast bread and fold

  7. Put egg mixture and enjoy
