Recipe Ingredients for Easy Fish n Veggies Bake

4 oz Tilapia Fillets
6 oz Steamfresh Broccoli
5 sprigs Dill Weed, Fresh
1 tsp Pepper, Black
1 serving Cooking Wine

Recipe Directions for Easy Fish n Veggies Bake

  1. Preheat oven to 450.

  2. Place 12" square of foil on cookie sheet or in baking pan; center frozen fish fillet on foil. Crack pepper over filet, lay fresh dill on top, pour frozen vegetables over that, then pour cooking wine over top. Fold foil up to seal and make "tent" over fish. Bake for about 40 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with fork.
