Can be made Vegetarian by using Vegetarian Stuffing and Dressing. Use fresh vegetables in season. Can omit or add to the Nutritional yeast by adding cheese or Vegan/Vegetarian Cheeses. Use favorite dressings such as Ranch, Italian, or Raspberry Pecan

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Fast Tofu and stuffing casserole

6 ounces Cornbread Stove Top Stuffing Mix
12 3/10 ounces Mori Nu firm tofu
10 ounces frozen mixed vegetables
1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
8 tbs Ken's Fat Free Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette

Recipe Directions for Easy Fast Tofu and stuffing casserole

  1. Make stuffing according to directions if using Nutritional yeast, mix in at this time.

  2. Cook frozen veggies if desired or cook in casserole in oven.

  3. Layer cornbread, veggies and Mori Nu. Drizzle on Dressing. If using cheese put cheese on top during baking for the last 10 minutes of cooking then drizzle on the dressing.

  4. If baking, put in oven for 25 minutes at 350F.

  5. If not, put stuffing on bottom of serving dish, place veggies on top, put Mori nu in center [chop up first] then drizzle on the dressing you picked. If you desire cheese with this version sprinkle on grated cheese. You can also marinate the tofu in the dressing as well as drizzling on top

  6. Serve.
