Low fat, low calorie, and super easy! Taken from another recipe on Calorie Count, but this is with healthier ingrediants.

Recipe Ingredients for easy and even lower-fat Thumbprint Cookies

8 oz fat free cream cheese
3/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter! Fat Free
1 cup splenda sugar
2 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 cup hazelnuts, chopped
1/2 tsp vanilla extract, pure
1 cup strawberry jelly (smucker's)

Recipe Directions for easy and even lower-fat Thumbprint Cookies

Mix together cream cheese, butter and sugar. Add flour, baking soda, nuts and extract and beat until well combined. Let dough rest refridgerated for 30 minutes. Roll 1 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Make indent with thumb and fill with jelly. Bake for 14-16 minutes or until edges just start to turn golden brown. Let cool on rack.
