Easy Crepes Recipe

This crepes are low in fat. easy to make and can be eaten on the go. Make a batch and save the second batch or the next day. Dont spread jam until ready to eat. Use any kind of filling. ( fruits spreads even sausages are great)

Recipe Ingredients for easy crepes

1/3 cup skim milk
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup flour
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 tablespoon raspberry jam
1/4 cup egg whites

Recipe Directions for easy crepes

  1. Combine flour and baking power.

  2. In a small blender combine egg whites skim milk, water, and vanilla.

  3. Add to this flour mixture.

  4. Blend until smooth.

  5. Use spray oil on a hot non stick pan.

  6. Pour crepe mixture into pan making small 3-4 inch crepes. ( easier to flip)

  7. When the crepe starts to bubble in the middle flip to other side. Watch carfully crepes dont need mch cooking.

  8. tranfers to plate.

  9. In a small container add jam filling and tablespoon of warm water. mix well.

  10. Spread thinly on crepe and roll crepe.

  11. Use the spread just before serving.

  12. enjoy.
