An easy crab cake recipe I got from a box of instant rice.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Crab Cakes

12 oz Crab, Alaska King, Imitation
2 large Egg, Whole
1 cup Soup, chicken broth, canned, less/reduced sodium
1 cup dry Instant Rice
0.25 cup Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Easy Crab Cakes

  1. Bring 1 cup of chicken broth to a boil in small saucepan. Stir in 1 cup instant rice; cover. Remove from heat; let stand 5 minutes. Fluff with fork.

  2. Beat 2 eggs lightly in medium bowl. Add rice, 12 oz. imitation crab meat(chopped) and 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese; mix well. Shape equally into 8 patties. Let stand 5 minutes.

  3. Melt 1/4 cup butter in large skillet on medium heat. Add patties; cook 5 minutes on each side or until golden brown on both sides and heated through.
