Recipe Ingredients for Easy Chow Mein

1 pound ground beef
1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped
12 oz Birds Eye® Steamfresh® Broccoli, Carrots, Sugar Snap Peas & Water Chestnuts, cooked according to package directions
10 3/4 oz fat-free cream of mushroom soup (1 can)
1/2 cup water
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1/2 cup chow mein noodles

Recipe Directions for Easy Chow Mein

  1. Cook ground beef and onion in a 10-inch non-stick skillet over MEDIUM-HIGH heat, until no longer pink, about 8 minutes. Drain fat.

  2. Stir in cooked vegetables, soup, water and soy sauce. Cook over MEDIUM heat until heated through, about 5 to10 minutes. Season with ground black pepper.

  3. Serve garnished with chow mein noodles.
