Recipe Ingredients for Easy Chicken Veggie soup

32 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
64 oz Chicken Stock
64 oz Water
3 cup, chopped Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
5 cup, chopped Cabbage
1 cup, chopped Carrots
28 oz Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added
2 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Easy Chicken Veggie soup

Cut raw chicken into bite size pieces. Put into pot with 32 oz of stock. Bring to boil and simmer 10 minutes. Meanwhile, chop all veggies into bitsize pieces. Add all veggies to the pot along with remaining stock and water. Bring back to a boil, reduce heat and simmer for an hour. 10 minutes before serving season with any herbs you like, oregano and basil work well.
