Easy chicken and peppers stir fry.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Chicken Stir Fry

1 lb chicken breast
1 red pepper
1 yellow pepper
1 green pepper
1 1/2 cup low sodium chicken broth
3 tbsp soy sauce
3 tbsp corn starch
2 tsp brown sugar

Recipe Directions for Easy Chicken Stir Fry

  1. Stir Fry Chicken in large skillet until brown with I cannot believe its not butter Spray.

  2. Add vegetables, stir until done. In a separate bowl mix broth, soy sauce, corn starch and brown sugar. Add to skillet. Boil, continue for 2 more minutes.

  3. Serve over rice.
