Recipe Ingredients for Easy Chicken & Rice Divan

2 cups fat-free milk
1/2 cup Light Mayo
1/2 tsp. dried thyme leaves
1 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups instant brown rice, uncooked
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
10 oz frozen chopped broccoli
1 cups low fat Cheddar Cheese

Recipe Directions for Easy Chicken & Rice Divan

  1. HEAT oven to 375F.

  2. BEAT milk, dressing and seasonings with whisk in 13x9-inch baking dish.

  3. ADD rice, chicken, broccoli and 1 cup cheese; mix well. Cover.

  4. BAKE 30 min.; stir. Top with remaining cheese; bake 5 to 10 min. or until chicken is done. Let stand 5 min. or until liquid is absorbed.
