Recipe Ingredients for Easy Chicken Pot Pie

1 cup diced cooked chicken
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 cup frozen whole kernel corn
1 cup frozen peas and carrots
1 cup biscuit mix
1 egg
1/2 cup fat free milk

Recipe Directions for Easy Chicken Pot Pie

  1. Thaw veggies.

  2. mix veggies, chicken and soup in a shallow casserole dish or 9" pie plate

  3. mix bisquick, egg, and milk

  4. pour over meat & veggies

  5. heat oven to 400 degrees

  6. bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown
