Chicken and mushrooms served over rice.

Recipe Ingredients for easy chicken and mushrooms

1 chicken breast
1 tsp cayenne
1 salt
1 pepper
1/3 cup mushrooms, sliced
1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1/4 cup red wine
1/4 cup cooked basmati rice

Recipe Directions for easy chicken and mushrooms

  1. season chicken. Sautee over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side. Should be brown on each side. Remove chicken from the pan.

  2. Add vinegar and wine to pan. Scrape of any brownings from the chicken. Add sliced mushrooms. Sautee mushrooms until soft.

  3. Re-add chicken to the mixture for 1 to 2 minutes.

  4. serve over rice.
