Recipe Ingredients for Easy Chicken Fried Rice

453 3/5 grams Chicken, Roasting, Meat Only
16 oz Boil-in-Bag Brown Rice
1.5 cup, chopped Broccoli
1 package (10 oz) yields Vegetables, Mixed
1 serving Sesame Seed Oil
6 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for Easy Chicken Fried Rice

  1. Cook Rice as directed and set aside

  2. In skillet cook veggies until tender (add any raw or frozen veggies you like)

  3. Add chicken to skillet

  4. Add egg whites, scramble around

  5. Add drained rice

  6. Add sesame seeds, sesame seed oil, and soy sauce to taste

  7. Mix together and serve
