Recipe Ingredients for Easy Chicken Chili

7 tomato Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 can (10.75 oz) Soup, Tomato
453.63 grams Chicken, ground, crumbles, cooked, pan-browned
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted
2 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 tbsp Butter
1 cup Beans, Kidney, Red, Mature Seeds, Canned

Recipe Directions for Easy Chicken Chili

  1. Slice onions and green peppers.

  2. Sautee in butter. After about 2 minutes, add the ground chicken & sautee it too.

  3. Puree tomatoes.

  4. Put tomatoes, onions, green peppers & ground meat in slow cooker/crock pot on highest setting.

  5. Add the kidney beans (strain the juice from the can), tomato soup & honey. Cook on high for 3+ hours, stiring regularly (every 20 minutes or so).
