Recipe Ingredients for Easy Chicken & Cheese Enchiladas

1 can (10 3/4 oz) cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup light sour cream,
1 cup salsa
2 tsp. chili powder
2 cups chicken, cooked, chopped
1/2 cup (Kraft) (reduced fat) shredded cheese
6 flour tortillas (Mission Carb Balance)(6inch),warmed
1 small tomato
1 green onion

Recipe Directions for Easy Chicken & Cheese Enchiladas

  1. Stir the soup, sour cream, salsa and chili powder in a medium bowl.

  2. Stir 1 cup salsa mixture, chicken and cheese in a large bowl.

  3. Divide the chicken mixture among the tortillas. Roll up the tortillas and place them seamside up in an 11x8" shallow baking dish. Pour the remaining salsa mixture over the fillled tortillas.

  4. Cover the baking dish.

  5. Bake at 350 for 40 min. or until the enchiladas are hot and bubbllilng.

  6. Top with tomato and onion.
