Recipe Ingredients for Easy Chicken Casserole

8 ounces stove top stuffing
1 cup mixed vegetables
1/3 cup fat free sour cream
1 cup cream of mushroom soup
4 ounces chicken breast

Recipe Directions for Easy Chicken Casserole

  1. Preheat over to 400 degrees.

  2. Prepare stuffing with 1 1/2 cups of water only. Do not add butter.

  3. Mix vegetables, soup and sour cream into dressing.

  4. Pour in baking dish.

  5. Arrange chicken on top and bake at 400 degrees until chicken is white and tender.

  6. Sprinkle top with plain breadcrumbs if desired .
