Recipe Ingredients for Easy Chicken and Black Bean Salad

3 cups baby spinach, spinach
5 oz chicken, grilled
2 tbsp almonds, sliced
1/2 cup black beans, rinsed
1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, rinsed
100 grams cucumber, rinsed

Recipe Directions for Easy Chicken and Black Bean Salad

  1. Tenderize and pepper chicken. Grill using a George Foreman-style grill.

  2. Rinse and chop spinach, cucumber, and tomato.

  3. Rinse black beans.

  4. Cut grilled chicken into bite-sized pieces. Toss everything in a bowl.
