A delicious reprise of an old favorite from Kraft Food & Family magazine, Fall 2006.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

1 pkg (8-ounce) Philadelphia cream cheese, softened
1/2 c sour cream
1 c chicken broth
3 lb white potatoes or red potatoes, thinly sliced
6 oz. ham, chopped
8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded and divided
1 c frozen peas

Recipe Directions for Easy Cheesy Scalloped Potatoes

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Spray 13x9-inch baking dish with cooking spray.

  3. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, and chicken broth in large bowl until well-blended.

  4. Add potatoes, ham, peaas, and 1 3/4 C of the cheese; stir gently to coat all ingredients.

  5. Spoon into prepared baking dish. Sprinkle with remaining 1/4 C cheese.

  6. Bake 1 hour or until heated through and potatoes are tender.

  7. Serving size: 3/4 C
