Quick and easy Frittata. Add whatever additional veggies you want, sauteed, for more flavors.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Cheesy Frittato - Mozzarella and Cheddar

1 1/2 cups Egg Beaters
1 medium tomato, chopped
1/2 cup reduced fat shredded Mozzarella
28 grams Oscar Mayer Real Bacon Bits
1 tsp dried basil
2 tsp minced garlic
2 ounces shredded cheddar

Recipe Directions for Easy Cheesy Frittato - Mozzarella and Cheddar

  1. Mix egg beaters, tomato, mozzarella, bacon bits, basil and garlic. Pour into a 9" pie plate sprayed with no-stick spray. (To taste, add onion powder or salt and pepper.)

  2. Bake uncovered for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with cheddar cheese. Bake an additional 5 minutes. (Can also broil for a minute or so to brown the top if you like it that way.)
