A low calorie, high protein breakfast that's high in calcium and easy to make! P.S. I usually don't add salt, since the cheese is already quite salty, but I'll leave it at your discretion.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Cheesy English Muffin

1 Sourdough English Muffin
5 large Egg Whites
1 slice Reduced Fat Swiss Cheese
1 Pepper
1 Cooking Spray

Recipe Directions for Easy Cheesy English Muffin

  1. Coat pan with a 1 second spray of your favorite cooking spray.

  2. Toast english muffin in toaster.

  3. Add egg whites, scramble on medium high heat. Add cheese.

  4. Throw english muffins into the pan, face up. Assemble cheesy eggs on one muffin, pepper to taste. Top sandwich with other muffin half.

  5. Cook sandwich for 1 minute on each side, while pressing down with a spatula.

  6. Eat!
