Recipe Ingredients for Easy Casserole

1 lb. ground beef (96% lean)
1 med. onion, chopped
12 oz. can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup
12 oz. can Healthy Request cream of chicken soup
12 oz. can French's fried onions
1/2 cup white rice

Recipe Directions for Easy Casserole

Fry and drain ground beef and then saute onions. When done add to ground beef. Add both soups and rice. Stir together and put in casserole dish and cover. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30 minutes. Take out and pour over the top of casserole the can of fried onions. Put back in oven for 10 minutes uncovered. Then serve.
