Recipe Ingredients for Easy Broiled Salmon

3 tbls lemon juice
2 tbls fresh parsley
2 tbls cilantro
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp cayenne
20 ounce salmon fillets

Recipe Directions for Easy Broiled Salmon

  1. Combine lemon, parsley, cilantro, garlic, cumin & cayenne in a medium bowl. Add the fillets and rub until fillets are well-coated.

  2. Chill and marinate for at least one hour.

  3. Preheat broiler. Place fish in a nonstick broiling pan under broiler and cook for about 4 minutes on each side or until salmon is opaque in the center. Serve immediately.
