Frozen fruit and a heaping tablespoon of frozen OJ concentrate keep this smoothie frosty and delicious. Honey is optional if you want it a little sweeter. I also enjoy putting ground Flax Seed or Flax Seed Oil in the smoothie.

4 berry Strawberries
0.33 cup, unthawed Blueberries
1 large Egg, Whole
1 serving 2% Reduced Fat Milk
6 fl oz Pineapple Orange Banana
1 tbsp Honey, Strained Or Extracted

Throw all ingredients in the blender and combine until smmoth.
