This easy high protein omelette with turkey sausage and swiss cheese is quickly prepared when cooked in the microwave.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Breakfast Omelette

1/2 cup eggbeaters
1/8 cup shredded swiss cheese (113 grams)
1 link turkey sausage (20 grams)
1 pinch of pepper
1 spray Pam

Recipe Directions for Easy Breakfast Omelette

  1. Microwave sausage for 15 seconds. Cut into small pieces.

  2. Spray Pam in glass dish.

  3. Pour eggbeaters in dish, add cheese, sausage and pepper.

  4. Microwave about 75 seconds till cooked through, turning once about half way through.

  5. Turn onto plate and enjoy.
