Recipe Ingredients for Easy Black Bean Wrap

1 flour tortilla, whole-wheat
1/3 cup black beans, rinsed and slightly smashed
1 tbsp salsa, medium
1 leaf lettuce, romaine
2 slices tomato, chopped
1 salt and pepper, to taste

Recipe Directions for Easy Black Bean Wrap

mix the salsa and smashed black beans well, then heat in the microwave for 30 seconds. Stir the mixture, then pour it into the middle of the tortilla with the lettuce and chopped tomato. Wrap and serve. For a more decadent version add sour cream, guacamole, shredded cheeses or other latin flavors (but watch the fat content!)
