Easy to make vegetarian burritos, that meat eaters also love.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy black bean and corn burritos

15 oz Black Beans
1 cup Corn, Sweet, Yellow
4 tbsp Salsa
8 serving Homemade Style Tortillas

Recipe Directions for Easy black bean and corn burritos

  1. Drain most of the liquid off the black beans. Put in a pan on low heat on the stove. Stir occasionally and allow to boil for 2 minutes.

  2. Mash up black beans and allow to simmer on low heat.

  3. Microwave corn using directions on bag.

  4. Add corn to the black beans.

  5. Add salsa to the mixture.

  6. Allow to simmer for another minute.

  7. Remove from heat and divide mixture amongst eight tortilla shells.

  8. Add whatever toppings you please, enjoy.

  9. Extras can be wrapped in freezer paper and frozen. To reheat place in the microwave on defrost until thoroughly heated. To crisp up, place in 350 degree oven for 5 minutes on either side.
