Recipe Ingredients for Easy Black Bean Chili

1 can (12 oz) yields Corn, Sweet, Yellow
15 oz Black Beans
1 serving(15 g) Extra Virgin Olive Oil
15 oz Tomato Sauce
2.5 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Chili Powder
2 clove Garlic
0.5 medium White Onion
6 medium Mushrooms

Recipe Directions for Easy Black Bean Chili

Sautee chopped onion, garlic, and mushrooms about 5 minutes (until onion is clear). Drain the corn, but not the beans. Combine all ingredients, reduce heat to medium-low or low, and simmer covered for 20 minutes. Salt and pepper to taste.
