very easy. can change the spices according to your personal taste. This is better than the spicy black bean burger from Chili's, and has fewer calories. Amazing recipe!

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Black Bean Burgers

15 oz Beans, Black, Mature Seeds
1 medium Egg, Whole
1/4 cup Bread Crumbs, Dry, Grated, Plain
1 clove Garlic
1 teaspoon Chilli Powder
1/4 tsp Pepper, Black
1/4 tsp Cayenne

Recipe Directions for Easy Black Bean Burgers

  1. Mash beans in a large bowl.

  2. Mix in chopped garlic, spices and egg.

  3. Shape into 5 patties, you can refrigerate to firm up mixure for up to one day.

  4. Bake, grill or cook in non-stick pan.

  5. Serve with either sweet potatio or butternut squash fries. Can be topped with avacado puree, or other condiment of your choice.
