Great with a steak. Or add some tiny pieces of cooked sausage and makes great biscuits for biscuits and gravy!

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Biscuits

2 c all purpose flour
2 t baking powder
1 1/2 t garlic salt
1/2 c cheddar cheese
4 T Miracle Whip Light
1 c skim milk

Recipe Directions for Easy Biscuits

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Grease all twelve cups of a muffin pan. In a medium bowl, stir together the flour, baking powder and garlic salt. Add milk, light mayo and cheddar cheese. Spoon into the greased muffin cups. Bake for 15-20 minutes until nicely puffed and brown.
