Recipe Ingredients for Easy Beef Enchiladas

16 oz Laura's 92% Lean Ground Beef
6 tortilla(49 g) Multi Grain Tortillas
4 oz Mild Diced Green Chiles
10 oz Enchilada Sauce
4 oz Mexican Four Cheese 2% Milk

Recipe Directions for Easy Beef Enchiladas

  1. Brown hamburger, following directions on taco seasoning packet. Once seasoning is added to the skillet, add diced green chiles. Divide meat/pepper mixture between 6 tortillas, rolling each up and placing them in a 9x13 pan. Top with enchilada sauce and cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes, until enchiladas are hot and cheese is melted.

  2. You can prepare this ahead of time and refrigerate. Simply wait to top with sauce and cheese until you are ready to bake.
