Nearly the vegan burgers, but not quite. Used Red & Yellow Peppers. Serving Size: 4oz.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Beans & Rice

1 cup Lentils
1 cup Brown Rice
4 cups Beef Broth
3/4 cup Onion
1/2 cup Celery
3/4 cup Bell Peppers
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder

Recipe Directions for Easy Beans & Rice

  1. Chop Veggies.

  2. Rinse Beans & Rice.

  3. Add Beans, Rice, Veggies & Seasoning to Broth.

  4. Stir till Bouillon dissolves & water reaches boil.

  5. Cover and let Simmer for 45 min.
