This makes 8 pizzas at 4 WW Points each. Using the carb balance tortillas adds a ton of fiber and the chicken adds protein.

Recipe Ingredients for Easy BBQ chichen pizzas

6 flour tortillas, Mission Carb Balance, fijata 6" size
8 oz chicken breasts, skinless, meat-only
1/4 cup BBQ sauce
1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
1 cup broccoli, precooked
6 oz 2% mozzarella cheese

Recipe Directions for Easy BBQ chichen pizzas

  1. Warm the tortillas in the oven for a few minutes.

  2. Mix together the pre-cooked chicken with the BBQ sauce and then add to the warmed tortillas. Also add some onion and small peices of broccoli.

  3. Top with 1 oz of cheese on each pizza and return to oven to melt the cheese and crisp up the edges of the tortilla.
