400 gram pork tenderloin, 500 gram raw
20 gram soy sauce
15 gram cornstarch
20 gram wine, rice
10 ml canola oil

  1. cut pork into 1 cm thick coin

  2. mix soy sauce, wine and cornstarch

  3. marinate pork for at least 10 minutes

  4. heat oil and pan fry the pork until both sides are brown and done
