20 gram garlic
15 gram green onion
5 ml canola oil
15 ml wine, rice
60 gram soy sauce
1 pepper
1 salt
560 gram bean sprouts

  1. run through noodle in hot water to get rid of oil and salt

  2. fry garlic and oil

  3. put in wine

  4. put in soy sauce, salt and pepper

  5. put in bean sprouts and green onion

  6. add in noodle
