These are very easy and healthy muffins. They are sweet enough to enjoy but not too sweet to ruin your health. Cranberries and Walnuts are optional. Enjoy!

Recipe Ingredients for Easy Banana Cranberry Walnut Muffins

3 medium bananas
1/2 c walnuts
3 c heart smart Bisquick
1/3 c flour
2 tsp vanilla
2/3 c sugar
1 egg
1/2 c craisins
1/2 c milk

Recipe Directions for Easy Banana Cranberry Walnut Muffins

  1. Preheat Oven to 350

  2. Mash bananas in a bowl.

  3. Add all ingredients (except walnuts and craisins)

  4. Fold in walnuts and craisins (optional)

  5. Spray muffin pan with baking spray.

  6. Fill each muffin hole 2/3 full.

  7. Bake for 18 min.

  8. Slightly cool before removing from pan.
