Recipe Ingredients for Easy Banana Bread

200 g plain flour
200 g caster sugar
50 g butter
1 tspn vanilla extract
1 tspn bicarbonate of soda
1/2 tspn baking powder
1 egg
3 bananas

Recipe Directions for Easy Banana Bread

  1. Prep: 10 mins | Cook: 50 mins

  2. Preheat ven to 180C/Gas 4. Grease and flour and 13 x 23 cm loaf tin.

  3. Mash bananas and add flour, sugar, butter, vanilla, baking powder, bicarb, and egg. Mix well. Pour into loaf tin.

  4. Bake for 50/60 minutes or until skewer inserted into centre come out clean.
