Recipe Ingredients for Easy Banana Bread

3 mashed bananas
1 egg
1/2 cup fat free miracle whip
1 small zucchini, grated
2 carrots, grated
1 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup flax seed
1/4 cup wheat germ
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. sea salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Easy Banana Bread

Beat bananas with egg and dressing. Add veggies and stir. Add rest and stir. Pour into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for about an hour. Rest 10min before removing to wire rack. Best served the next day. Wrap in wax paper after cooled.
