simple, easy goodness. I cut out some of the sugar. And will replace some of the butter with applesauce. The usual sorts to make things healthier. use ripe organic bananas for a super bananay taste. Enjoy

Recipe Ingredients for easy banana bread.

1/3 c. butter
1 egg
1 1/2 c. whole wheat flour
1 c. brown sugar
1 t. vanilla extract
1 t. baking soda
4 bananas
1 salt

Recipe Directions for easy banana bread.

  1. add smashed bananas to melted butter

  2. add sugar and beaten egg to butter and banana

  3. sprinkle baking soda and salt into mixture

  4. add vanilla extract

  5. add flour last

  6. if you would like to add walnuts or flax or other ingredients like that add them now.

  7. bake at 350 C. for 1 hour.

  8. cool and serve
