Recipe Ingredients for Easy Baked Tilapia

24 oz. tilapia fillets
2 tsp. butter
2 tsp. Old Bay Seasoning
2 tsp. garlic salt
16 oz. cauliflower, frozen
16 oz. broccoli, frozen

Recipe Directions for Easy Baked Tilapia

Preheat over to 375. PAM 9 X 13 baking dis. Place fillets on the bottom of the dish and dot with butter. Season with Old Bay and garlic salt. Top each fillet with a thin lemon slice if desired. Arrange frozen vegetables around the fish. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until vegetables are tender and fish flakes easily.
