Recipe Ingredients for Easy Baked Spareribs

4 lbs boneless pork ribs
2 medium onions
2 teaspoons vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon Hungarian paprika
1/2 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
1 teaspoon chili powder
3/4 cup ketchup
3/4 cup water

Recipe Directions for Easy Baked Spareribs

  1. PREPARATION:

  2. Cut racks into serving-size pieces. Sprinkle spareribs with salt and pepper. Place in roaster pan; cover with onions. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over ribs. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 ? for about 1 1/2 hours.

  3. Baste occasionally and turn spareribs a few times. Remove cover last 15 minutes to brown ribs.

  4. Serves 4 to 6.
